Job Description
We are looking for a bright and enthusiastic person to join our growing team. This candidate must have experience in mortgage administration. You will be responsible for the administration and processing of required mortgage and life applications using our on-line systems.
Duties include:
- To actively work the pipeline cases ensuring that outstanding items are chased as per our company standards.
- To ensure that all manual and system records are accurately maintained and up to date.
- To ensure that all phone calls are dealt with in a proficient manner, and ensure that all calls are filtered to the Advisers with minimum delay.
- Outgoing calls to new & existing clients.
- Booking of appointments with clients.
- Call regarding renewal dates of Building & Contents policies and mortgage renewal dates.
- Submit applications – for mortgages, protection & general insurance
- Prepare documents and send to lenders/providers
- Request documents from clients
- Chase lenders/providers/solicitors from application through until completion
- Quote and instruct solicitors
- Chase fees/Check for payments
- Register advisers with providers
- Book client appointments for all advisers
