Key Customer Support / Administrator
Location : Chandlers Ford
Salary : 21000 pro rata
Start date : Immediate start
This position is a temporary position to start initially however there will be a possibility to remain permanently
Hours of work : Monday to Friday , either 8am to 4pm or 9am to 5pm

Due to huge success despite the pandemic out client have continued to grow and are looking for a Key account Support and Administrator

As a Client Support / Administrator you will be required to assist with he following
- To support the Key account managers with the everyday management of their client portfolio
- To support with client communication
- To support with all round administration
- To support in ensuring all services orders are completed on time
- To process orders and requests for work to be completed
- To liaise with third parties , engineers to support the key account manager in arranging for jobs to be completed
- Typing and sending of legal documents , POs ect
- To support in ensuring overdue debt is kept to a minimum on the account with the assistance of credit control and monthly meetings are attended.
- To support in auditing client accounts for the following, monthly; data holes i.e. no contact details, overdues, trends on interactions, document sending lines not set up through reports such as customer dashboard, customer set up and at-risk reports.
- To support in ensuring all client details are accurately on the internal system
- Assist with training of new starters
- To answer the phone when the call volumes are exceeding normal levels or when assigned to overflow
The ideal candidate will have
- Previous experience in supporting others
- Previous experience in customer support
- Previous experience within administration
- Will be a strong communicator
- Will be fully competent in using Microsoft Office , word / excel
- Will be adaptable and well organised
- Will be available immediately
- Previous experience in key account management / sales administration / support would be advantageous
