Churches Fire Security Ltd is an industry leading National Fire Security business who is rapidly growing and seeking proactive and motivated professional to join their team. Churches Fire Security has a track record of providing fantastic opportunities to candidates throughout the country.  We are now seeking someone to join the team, supporting our National Account Managers, to work from our office in Brandon.
 
We are looking for someone who has a strong administration background, with a very key eye for detail and great relationship building skills, over the phone as well as email.
 
Key Responsibilities & Duties include the following:
  • This is a pivotal role working within our Service department, delivering fantastic and consistent service to our new and existing customers
  • Daily use of IT systems to assist in mobilisation of new customers
  • Take ownership of complex tasks and queries, managing through to resolution
  • Day to day maintenance of the CRM system, invoicing and resolving any invoice disputes
  • Respond to any customer queries through to resolution
  • Build strong customer relationships through regular communication
  • Respond to queries and action any necessary changes to improve the customer’s experience
  • Management of customer complaints while acting as a point of escalation within the Service department
  • Pro-actively manage customer requirements including agreeing and meeting deadlines
  • Provide consistent organisational and administrative support including reporting and analysis for external customers and the Service department
  • Clear and effective communication is vital to success in this role
