We are recruiting for a long established financial organisation based in West Sussex.
A super a company with an excellent name in the industry that has 3 opportunities to work in the Paraplanning team.
Main duties of this role are:
The client is preferably looking for someone who has completed their RO1 & 2 Exam's however, training and exams will be available. But as a minimum experience within the financial sector with a positive and upbeat attitude.
Some daily tasks of the successful candidate will be:
- Completing new business reports
- Cradle to grave admin tasks
- Letters of Authority
- Client Letters
- Booking reviews and diary management
- Template report working
- Any Ad-Hoc admin tasks
Previous knowledge of the Insurance/Financial Services Industry is essential.
An understanding of the sales process and how advice is provided to clients within a compliance driven business.
Ability to work on own initiative as well as working effectively as part of a team; however, even more importantly is the willingness to adopt a flexible approach to the work undertaken. Demonstrate commitment by regular attendance and efficient completion of all tasks allocated.
