IT Service Desk Analyst
Epsom
£35,000 to £39,000 and annual 10% bonus
Weekly rotated shift patterns between 7am and 18:00pm and 1 in 4 Saturdays 9am until 17:00pm.  
 
Dynamite Recruitment are pleased to be recruiting for our client based in Epsom that are looking to recruit an experienced IT Service Desk Analyst to provide 1st, 2nd, and 3rd line support for all systems and applications.
 
As an IT Service Desk Analyst you will be responsible for:
  • Providing excellent customer service.
  • Ensure the customer is satisfied with the resolution.
  • If request cannot be resolved directly refer to the correct service/department.
  • Create detailed notes on customer records and ensure they are kept up to date.
  • Escalate any major issues when necessary.
  • Make suggestions to improve system procedures.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with other departments.
  • Use various systems.
  • Support with office moves and changes.
  • Take on any new projects that arise.
 
As an IT Service Desk Analyst you will have/be:
  • Strong Service Desk background.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience of working within financial services.
  • Experience working in a busy IT service desk.
  • High levels of attention to detail.
  • At least 4 years in a service desk position.
  • Confident with using various systems.
