Job Description

IT Helpdesk / IT Support 
  • Provide helpdesk support and resolve problems to the end user’s satisfaction 
  • Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to requests received through the IT helpdesk 
  • Modify configurations, utilities, software default settings, etc. for laptops, printers and or desktops
  • Utilise and maintain the helpdesk tracking software (Atlassian Jira) for Office
  • Support and document issues found by users for the in-house development team
  • Publishing support documentation and or procedures to assist end user needs
  • Assist clients with any issues with accessing and using clarity web software
  • Suggest and implement ways to improve the IT Office support processes with the IT team
  • Suggest and implement new tools to improve productivity, IT robustness and quality
  • Assign users and computers to proper groups in Active Directory
  • Install, test and configure new desktops, peripheral equipment including printers and software  
The salary on offer is circa £25,000 - £30,000 Dependent on experience
