Invoicing Administrator
Dynamite Recruitment is currently recruiting for an Invoicing Administrator to join a well-established business based in Ringwood. This role will be supporting the after sales department and offers hybrid working of 2 days a week from home.
The Role:
- Process and maintain customer invoices
- Setting up new supplier accounts and maintaining existing account details
- Filing invoices and jobs sheets as required
- Reviewing and releasing electronic engineer work sheets
The Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience within a similar position is desirable
- Ability to work to strict deadlines and prioritise under pressure
- Competent Microsoft Office user with excellent Excel skills
- Strong communications skills
