Internal Recruitment Resourcer: Remote  

Location: Remote working although you may need to attend team days in the office on an adhoc basis

Dynamite recruitment is currently working in partnership with a leading service provider who are based in the Eastleigh and Chandlers Ford area  

Due to being incredibly busy our client is now looking to expand their HR and recruitment team and are looking for an internal Recruitment Resourcer to join the business  

The main purpose of the Internal Recruitment Resourcer is to support multiple departments with the resourcing of suitable candidates .
You will be responsible for identifying, shortlisting and attracting external candidates for a number of roles in line with business requirement needs.
This role will involve all aspects of the hiring process for predominantly external roles involving identifying candidates and their suitability to the roles through to the hiring/offer stage.
As an Internal recruitment Resourcer you will be responsible for the following tasks
  • Review job applications received through 3rd party websites and the internal recruitment system
  • Monitor responses/applications received and make sure that candidate’s applications are processed effectively
  • Match candidate’s skills to appropriate jobs within the business
  • Identify, source and select candidates from external job boards/CV databases that match required criteria
  • Arrange face to face interviews and individually conduct these for Customer Service roles
  • Conduct recruitment assessment centres
  • Liaise with external agencies and internal hiring managers when necessary
  • General administration duties, including notifying relevant departments of new starters
  • Maintain candidate trackers and report on activity
  • Manage candidates through the recruitment process including feedback
  • Speak to candidates over the phone to discuss potential roles
  • Conduct telephone interviews with candidates
  • Support for employees and hiring managers to answer any queries and questions from internal members of staff regarding holiday and contracts, and escalating where necessary
The ideal Recruitment Resourcer will have / be
  • Will ideally have worked within recruitment previously although this isn’t essential
  • Good administration skills
  • Confident in presenting to a group of people
  • 6 Months phone interview experience
  • Excellent communication skills both written & verbal
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications including PowerPoint and Excel
  • Confident in use of multiple external recruitment platforms (E.G Job boards, internal and external applicant tracking systems)
  • Experience in prioritising your own workload
  • Will be keen to pursue a career within recruitment and be eager to learn
