Internal Recruitment Advisor : Remote
 
Location: Remote working although you may need to attend team days in the office on an adhoc basis
 
Salary : £27000-29500 – plus a 10% bonus

Dynamite recruitment is currently working in partnership with a leading service provider who are based in the Eastleigh and Chandlers Ford area
 
Due to being incredibly busy our client is now looking to expand their HR and recruitment team and are looking for an internal Recruitment Advisor to join the business
 
The main purpose of the internal recruitment Advisor is to support multiple departments with the end to end recruitment process
 
 
As a recruitment Advisor you will be responsible for :
 
  • Supporting the head of recruitment and a team with all round recruitment tasks
  • Liaise with hiring managers within the business about their recruitment needs to ensure requirements are met effectively
  • Liaising with external agencies on a regular basis to manage requirements on a temporary and permanent basis
  • Manage the recruitment process from start to finish of internal and external roles as per hiring manager’s requirements
  • To hold assessment days dependant on the type of recruitment
  • Review recruitment processes making recommendations on effectiveness and efficiencies
  • Conduct and attend internal and external interviews
  • Offer advice to internal candidates about roles within the business and their applications/interviews
  • Use a range of advertising platforms to write creative content
  • Conduct competitor market analysis and report on findings
  • Build and develop a variety of business network relationships
  • Maintain internal spreadsheets and databases
  • Manage candidates through the recruitment process including feedback
  • Formulate strategies to ensure vacancies are filled in a cost and time effective manner
  • Work with the Recruitment Resourcer to offer support and mentor
  • Review job applications received through 3rd party websites and the internal recruitment system
  • Lead and participate in recruitment related projects to meet department objectives
  • To complete all round administration  
 
The ideal Internal Recruitment Advisor will have / Be
 
  • GCSE grade C or above qualifications in English (Lit and Lang)
  • Will have worked within recruitment / have managed the recruitment process in a previous position
  • Will ideally have worked for or alongside external recruitment agencies
  • Good administration skills
  • Working knowledge of recruitment processes and law relating to the role
  • Working knowledge of new starter processes including raising new starter information, arranging contracts etc.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications
  • Confident in use of multiple external recruitment platforms (E.G Job boards, internal and external applicant tracking systems)
  • Experience in prioritising your own workload
  • Will have the ability to work multiple positions at any one time
  • Will have the ability to challenge managers and organise them
  • Will ideally have worked with high volume and specialist positions in the past
