Internal recruiter – Hybrid

Salary £27000 - £30000 per annum plus fantastic benefits

Location: Fareham /Southampton – although you will only go into the offices twice a week and work from home for the remainder of the time

Hours of work: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm – 30 minutes for lunch

Dynamite recruitment is currently working in partnership with a very well-established business who are based in the local area

Due to huge growth plans and success within this organisation our client is now looking to expand their internal recruitment team

As an Internal Recruiter your role is to be accountable for the effective management of the end-to-end recruitment process from the point a vacancy is identified to the completion of their induction experience.

Working as part of the internal Recruitment team, you will ensure all candidates and future employees are managed in a respectful and caring manner.

This role will require you to focus on a specialist area if the business and managed/ work with multiple managers within the business.

You will partner managers in the business to fulfil their recruitment needs with high calibre people from shortlist and interview to appointing them

As an internal Recruiter your key duties will include the following tasks
  • Work with the business to develop and maintain an end-to-end recruitment process
  • Ensure that the recruitment and authorisation processes are adhered to
  • Working with the Recruitment Manager to develop the ongoing recruitment strategy, ensuring it is within budget, fit for purpose and scalable
  • Partnering with third-party preferred suppliers to ensure that you are using their services effectively and efficiently to gain the highest return on investment
  • Working closely with the managers to ensure a seamless candidate experience from the point they apply to the completion of their induction
  • Maintain continuous communication with candidates to ensure they are kept ‘warm’ throughout the process
  • Maintain continuous communication with the managers and other departments to ensure they are aware of the status of impending employees
  • Management of the recruitment administration, including right to work, DBS checking, reference verification, personal detail collation and other details that may be required
  • Support managers with interviews and assessments as required
  • Managing the offer process, acting as a guide to the hiring manager. You will be expected the deliver the offer verbally, manage any queries and take ownership of the process before liaising with our onboarding team to deliver offer paperwork
The ideal internal recruiter will have / be
  • Previous experience within the recruitment industry weather that is internal or external
  • Will have the ability to manage communication between multiple parties at any one time
  • Will be well organised
  • Will be able to Multitask
  • Will be able to manage stakeholders and educate them professionally
  • Will be able to take ownership of the full recruitment process from start to finish
  • Will be adaptable
