Inbound soft sales and customer services
Salary: £16,000 rising to £18,000 after 6 months,
Plus commission - Realistic OTE of £21000

Start Date: You must be available to start on 24th September 2018
Hours of work: 37.5 hour week between 09:00am - 19:00pm Monday to Thursday
Friday , 9am-6pm (Fri) & 9am-2pm on a Saturday (you will not work every Saturday

As an Insurance Sales And Renewals Partner you will work within a contact centre environment and assist customers with queries whilst maximising customer sales and all renewal opportunities via the telephone . You will receive inbound calls but also make some outbound calls although these will be warm calls and will not involve any cold calling !
Key Responsibilities of a Sales and Renewals Partner:
- Receiving inbound calls from customers to assist with enquiries
- Make outbound calls to customers to update them on their current policy and renewal date
- Up-selling and cross selling insurance products
- Identifying and maximising any sales opportunities
- Objection handling to close the sale
- Adhere to call scripts an ensure company regulations are met
- Work to targets and SLA's
- Ability to work within a sales environment
- Comply with company values
The ideal Sales and Renewals Partner will have:
- A confident telephone manner with excellent communication skills
- A good ability to build rapport with customers
- Be target driven and enjoy working within sales
- Ability to work in a team as well as on own initiative
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Capability to prioritize own workload
Previous experience within a sales, call centre or a competitive position would be advantageous although attitude and the want to succeed is much more important ..
