Administration Support - Financial Planning department
We have an exciting opportunity for a anyone who is looking for a career role.
We are working with a super financial services company that is currently recruting for administration support, this is within the Income team. This company is super for anyone who is looking for a long term career company to progress with, due to the size of the firm and a big focus on internal growth this company holds lots of opportunties for office based careers.
The duties are:
Printing of daily income statments
Creating necessary paperwork for Director approval for cases over a certain High Networth amount.
Daily revenue scanning
Record all income in and out.
Financial Advisory commission statements and general admin duties.
What do you need.
For this role the ideal candidate is going to be someone who has good attention to detail.
Good I.T skills ( Excel is ideal )
You need to be methodical and be able to work well in a team.
Office administration experience is ideal or someone who has worked in an accounts type role would also be suitable.
