Inbound Sales Executive
 
Location: Cradley Heath - West Midlands
 
Salary - £18000 to £21000 with a performance related bonus and OTE.
 
Hours- 40 hours per week (shift basis between 8:30am and 8pm Monday to Friday, 1 in 3 Saturday’s 9am to 4pm)

Dynamite Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting an Inbound Sales Executive for one of our top 10 clients. This is an amazing opportunity to kick start a career in insurance working for an award-winning business and leading service provider.
 
As an Inbound Sales Executive you will generate new business and close sales, all whilst working closely with targets and the client’s business objectives.
 
 As an Inbound Sales Executive you will be responsible for:
  • Effectively responding to incoming customer calls providing insurance quotes.
  • Generate new business and close sales.
  • Input important customer information on the system.
  • Up sell additional products.
  • Identify and maximise sales opportunities.
  • Effective objection handling.
  • Abide by the companies’ policies and procedures.
  • Build and maintain relationships with third parties.
  • Using scripts to ensure compliance.
As an Inbound Sales Executive you will have/be: 
  • Knowledge of Insurance Products.
  • Complaint and objection handling skills.
  • Strong literacy and numeracy skills.
  • Sales experience.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Flexible and adaptable to working environment and pressures.
  • Understanding of regulatory rules and procedures.
  • Ability to work effectively as an individual and as part of a team.
  • Ability to build relationships with key stakeholders within the business.
