Inbound Sales and Customer Service Executive
Location : Fareham

Hours of work – Shifts are across 7 days working between 07:30 – 18:00- in this case you would work 4 days per week , x 10 hours a day
This will include every Saturday ,Tuesday , Thursday and Friday

We are looking for an Inbound Sales and Customer Service Advisor to join the business

The successful candidate will be extremely passionate about customer service and have great communication skills.

This is a busy fast paced role, supporting a huge customer base with the processing of orders and maximising sales opportunities.

There is no cold calling or hard sales in this position it is more so about the customer journey and maximising on opportunities where possible from interested customers who are placing orders.

As an Inbound Sales and Customer Service Executive you will be responsible for the following:
  • Deliver an outstanding customer service to customers via email and on the telephone
  • Use every opportunity to build rapport and upsell / cross sell add on’s, additional products
  • Take incoming calls and deal with customers’ requests promptly and effectively
  • Using own ideas and initiative to deal with complaints and resolve issues
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Reduce costs by having an eye for detail and following processes
  • Managing incoming e-mails and online orders professionally
  • Process orders and quotes
  • Complete general administration
To be successful, you will have the following experience
  • Customer service skills and experience is essential
  • Previous experience of upselling and cross selling would be preferred
  • Able to prioritise tasks, deliver to deadlines and manage conflicting demands
  • Good Team Player with excellent cross departmental communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Following Process and operating within rules and & guidelines
  • Self-Motivated pushing hard to achieve goals
  • Good Levels of computer literacy
  • Focussed on process and quality
