Job Description

I am recruiting on behalf of a very successful, independently owned Financial Services Company and that are looking for an experienced IFA Administrator to expand the team due to their continued success. I am looking for an experienced IFA Administrator to work closely with the team of Financial Advisers, to ensure efficient support and workflow to the companies clients and the wider team. This role is integral to maintaining my client’s reputation of offering a first-class service to all clients. Training and support are available for personal development.

Responsibilities include:
  • Arranging client meetings and appointments.
  • Managing and sending out client documentation ensuring accuracy
  • Managing and coordinating annual client reviews
  • Managing client queries
  • Controlling and monitoring workflow within the whole team.
  • Ensuring the back-office system is up to date
For this role it is required that you have previous experience within an FCA regulated environment (ideally within an IFA). Financial Services qualifications are desired but not essential – these can be gained and supported during your employment here.
