Job Description

I am currently recruiting for an experienced IFA Administrator I am happy to consider someone that is currently in the Legal sector working as legal secretary etc. who has an genuine interest to develop within Financial Advice and Services. Someone who has experience with Wills, Trusts & Estate planning.   • Respond to Clients queries and ongoing business support
  • Create Financial Reports & Submit Financial business on behalf of the Advisors
  • Create Estate Planning recommendations on behalf of Advisors
  • Deal directly with all Client calls and emails, updating clients on case progress.
  • Chase through business & outstanding opportunities.
  • Produce financial & legal paperwork relevant to the Client Case.
  • Produce Client recommendation Reports based on Advisors instructions.
  • Prepare files for meetings for clients & Advisors
You will ideally have experience in either the Financial services or Legal sectors, experience with Wills, Trusts & Estate planning. Ideally you will have either at least entry level Paraplanning or Financial Advice qualifications, or entry level Wills, Trusts & Estate Planning preparation qualifications.
