Following internal progression, my client - A well-established Financial Advice firm based in Fareham are recruiting for an experienced IFA Administrator to join their team. This role and company offers genuine progression and support as well as a fantastic positive working environment to progress within. The current person in this role is now on route to progress into a Paraplanner position within the company.
Duties include:
  1. Prepare for client meetings, new business, and client review packs.
  2. Assist with client portfolio valuation statements.
  3. Liaise with product providers, Advisors, Clients & 3rd party companies
  4. New business and post-completion administration.
  5. Compiling reports, sending & chasing application forms and booking client appointments.
  6. Keep the back-office system up to date and administer client tasks.
  7. Send off LOA’s and RFI to Providers.
  8. Management of the Advisors diaries.
