Job Description
Duties include:
- Chasing all new and existing business
- Producing letters of authority
- Process new business applications
- Updating and maintaining client database
- Processing illustrations, application forms and fact sheets.
- Preparing for adviser/client appointments by providing new business and review packs to the agreed time frame and specification.
- Processing post meeting packs by updating all relevant fact find information on internal systems accurately.
- Preparing and sending client correspondence and reports, including review and pre-completion of application and other relevant forms.
