HR/Reward Administrator- Immediate Start
Location: Chandlers Ford
Salary: negotiable dependent on experience
Hours of work: Core hours Monday to Friday
Duration: 3-6 months fixed term contract although there is the possibility it will be made permanent.
Dynamite Recruitment is proud to be recruiting a HR and Rewards Administrator for one of top clients based in Chandlers Ford
Our client is in the process of establishing a new project and needs a HR and Rewards Administrator to help them collate data for this. You will be responsible for working with numbers, analysing raw internal data and inputting the information onto excel spreadsheets. You'll need to display high levels of customer service and understand the sensitivity of the information being processed, ensuring accuracy at all times and be super organised.
You MUST have experience working in a HR department to be considered for this role
The ideal candidate will have:

  • Excellent data analysing and entry skills
  • Strong accuracy and attention to details
  • Good listening skills
  • Previous MI Analytical experience is desirable although not essential
  • Be competent using the Microsoft package and advanced in excel
  • At least two years' worth of HR experience
