HR / Office Manager
Location: Alton
Hours of work: Monday to Friday - 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £25000 -£28000
Dynamite Recruitment is currently working in partnership with a very well-established company based in Alton
As a result of their success our client are looking for someone to join their Operations and HR team as well as over see duties within the office
As a HR Advisor / Office Manager you will be responsible for the following tasks
Human Resources

  • Advise and coach Managers on correct procedures when dealing with disciplinary issues and attend hearings
  • Manage and advise other Managers on various aspects of employment
  • Manage maternity/paternity leave
  • Recruitment and onboarding management
  • Absence management including holiday, sickness
  • Management of salary increases, promotions and general changes to terms and conditions of employment
  • Update Code of Practice and implementation of employment related policies and procedures
  • Processing the payroll actioning all necessary anomalies; additional payments; bonus,
  • Management of the Company pension scheme including the calculation and deduction of pension
  • Responsible for compliance with GDPR

Office Management

  • Make purchases of required goods for the office
  • Travel and accommodation booking
  • General Office administration as assigned
  • Diary management
  • Telephone call screening

The ideal candidate will have / be the following

  • Experience working within HR
  • CIPD would be ideal but not essential
