Dynamite Recruitment is currently seeking a Payroll/HR Assistant to join one of our clients based in Bournemouth.
 
We are looking for a candidate who has at least 1 years of experience working within payroll and is looking for their next career position!
 
You will be joining a small but incredibly busy team so you must be ready to hit the ground running.

The duties of the Assistant:
  • Support all employees with payroll enquiries.
  • Update payroll records, reconciliations and other journals.
  • Processing all data regarding all employees have been accurately amended and adjusted.
  • Ensure all PAYE, NI, Pension and others are processed correctly.
  • Support other HR-related queries when needed.
The Assistant will have experience in the following:
  • Has minimum 1 years experience working within a payroll/hr support role.
  • Will have worked in a fast-paced environment- this is essential as this role will be very busy!
  • Will have confidently worked with employees of all levels.
