HR and Recruitment Administrator

Start : Immediate start date

Location: Waterlooville / Petersfield

Salary : £8.50 - £10.00 per hour

Duration : 3 months

Hours of work : Full time work between core working hours

Dynamite Recruitment is currently working in partnership with a very well established and fast growing business based in Hampshire and due to a very busy period our client is looking to recruit a HR and recruitment administrator to join them on a 3 month temporary basis

The HR & Recruitment Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR & Recruitment Department, working closely with the HR Advisor and In-House Recruiter.

It's a very busy and varied position and requires someone who can manage and work with a wide variety of individuals on a daily basis , work to deadlines and be adaptable to change

You will provide support within both HR and recruitment and your key duties will include the following :

  • Working alongside the HR team to assist with various administrative tasks, working to deadlines
  • Able to communicate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
  • Ensuring absence has been recorded correctly on the HR system and filing return to work forms
  • HR filing such as interview paperwork, new starter/leaver paperwork and probation forms
  • Drafting offer letters, contracts of employment, probationary and pension letters
  • HR scanning, including new starter forms, passport copies and driver's licenses
  • Assist the HR Coordinator with HR inductions
  • Maintain gym forms and marketing bags, including stock checks
  • Respond to emails via the HR inbox, in line with SLAs
  • Being a confident user of the Cascade HR system, able to accurately input data, amending records and rectifying issues for service users across the business
  • Working closely with the Payroll team to ensure that any new starters or internal contractual changes are accurately processed in time for payroll cut off
  • Updating both manual and electronic personnel records, ensuring employee records are accurate and well maintained
  • Complete reference checks for all new starters and updating spreadsheets/Cascade accordingly
  • Ad-hoc project work as requested by HR Advisor and In-House Recruiter

The ideal candidate will

  • Be available to start Immediately
  • Will have previous experience within recruitment / HR
  • Will have experience in recruiting others and sourcing candidates
  • Will be confident and able to have at times direct conversations with others
  • Will have excellent attention to detail
