HR Advisor
Location: Segensworth
Hours: Permanent Full Time – Mon-Fri
Salary: Up to £26k-28k DOE - plus benefits
 
Dynamite Recruitment are currently working alongside a specialist global industry leader in their search for a HR Advisor who is maybe an HR Assistant and looking for a chance to progress to join their offices in Segensworth.
 
The successful candidate will be proactive, organised and have great communication skills as you will be dealing with all managers and staff across the business.
 
Duties include but not limited to:
  • Working with Manager’s across the business to ensure HR policies and procedures are being followed
  • Responsible for all HR related matters across the businesses
  • Advising and supporting Managers on disciplinary, grievance and other statutory procedures
  • Ensuring that all new employees start in line with company onboarding program
  • Working with Managers to monitor and manage absence levels
  • Responsible for the Recruitment process and work with the Managers to ensure suitable candidates are hired.
  • Be the main point of contact with the Occupational Health team
  • Gather accurate information for internal reports that the managers require
  • Work with the HR Manager on projects
  •  Occasional travel to various sites across the UK
  • Consistently ensure that all staff are provided with outstanding HR advice and service
 
Skills Required:
  •  CIPD qualified – Level 5
  • Experience dealing with employee issues
  • Good understanding of Employment Law in the work place
  • Previous experience in a generalist HR role
  • High attention to detail
  • Professional and discreet at all times
  • Strong Problem-Solving Skills.
  • Good knowledge of the recruitment process
  • Assertive and confident in delivering feedback and advice
  • Comfortable working alongside senior members of the business
