As a HR Advisor you will be responsible for:
- Provide support to various departments including L&D and Head of People and Culture.
- Record all employee relations cases and escalate to the head when necessary.
- Take care of the recruitment process from beginning to end.
- Maintain the database and ensure all staff are trained on how to use it efficiently.
- Create the relevant documents in relation to grievance and dismissal letters.
- Maintain and build on existing company policies.
- Oversee work experience and volunteers.
- Provide a high level of customer service to staff.
As a HR Advisor you will have/be:
- Comfortable dealing with difficult and confidential situations.
- Excellent commercial awareness and understanding of employment legislation.
- Able to build and maintain relationships in the business.
- Good commercial awareness.
- Able to work in a high pressure, fast paced environment.
