Part time HR Administrator

Hours of work: 20 hours per week, ideally over 4-5 days per week, hours worked can be flexible

Salary - £11,500.00 per annum

Location: Fareham

Dynamite Recruitment is currently working in partnership with a very well-established business based in the Fareham area

Our client is hugely successful and are award winners within their specialist area of work

Due to their success hey are now looking to recruit a part time HR Administrator to join their HR team

As a Part time HR administrator, you will be responsible for the following:

Be responsible for assisting the HR Manager, and company colleagues with a variety of duties such as recruitment, onboarding, payroll and benefits administration and any related specialist projects that may arise

You will be responsible for ensuring that the HR department has all round administrative support and operates smoothly

Inputting absence details using the internal system, return to work forms and fit to return to work notes, ensuring all information is passed to payroll.

Assisting with data collection for the payroll processes.

Assist with on-boarding of new starters and relevant referencing data

Produce monthly HR reports - absence stats, staff turnover stats and retention reporting.

To assist the HR department in answering of telephone calls and accurate recording of messages.

Work in conjunction and closely with the finance team

Responsible for producing Terms and Conditions of Employment & work, making any amendments to an employee`s terms and conditions of employment during the course of employment.

Responsible for producing HR staff and for ensuring that records are kept up to date and filed

Responsible for maintaining and regularly updating the HR database
Note / minute taker for Disciplinary/Grievances and another Management meeting as and when required.

Support the HR Manager with project work when required.

Assist with the recruitment process
 
The ideal candidate will
  • Ideally have a passion for HR and be keen to pursue a career within this sector
  • Will have had some exposure to HR related paperwork previously
  • Will be fully competent in Microsoft office
  • Will have strong communication skills
  • Will be well organised and able to work to deadlines
  • Will understand the importance of confidentiality
