Hr Administrator

Location: Portsmouth

Hours of work : Monday to Friday core working hours

Salary: £18000 - £20000 per annum

Dynamite recruitment is working with a well-established service provider who are based in the Portsmouth area

Our client pride themselves on their values and commitment to provide an outstanding service and due to huge success they are now looking to expand their HR team

Our client is looking for a HR administrator to join a small team of HR advisors and seniors

As a HR administrator you will be responsible for :

  • Process new starter packs
  • Writing important HR related letters - attention to detail is vital
  • Updating the employee database with confidential information
  • Ensuring right to work documents are obtained and checked thoroughly
  • Ensuring GDPR is met
  • Auto enrolment letters
  • Management Of TUPE administration
  • Management of the Hr filing system
  • Complete Hr related reports for senior Hr IE termination and holiday reports
  • Making contact with employees and in some cases management to support with HR related issues
  • Maintaining holiday , sickness records
  • Responding to emails to support with Hr related issues
  • Sending employee contracts and letters related to this
  • All round HR admin support basically

The ideal candidate

  • Will have previous experience within a HR administration position
  • Will be available immediately
  • Will have a passion for HR and be keen to work within a busy HR focused position
  • Will be self-efficient and self-motivated
  • Will have excellent attention to detail
  • Will be familiar with HR legislation and GDPR
