HR Administrator


Location : Petersfield


Hours of work : Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm


Salary: £8.50 -£9.00 per hour


Start date : Immediate start date required


Duration : 1 month initially


Dynamite Recruitment is proud to be working in partnership with a very well established and fast growing service based business based in Hampshire.


Our client pride themselves on their excellent customer services and as a result are now expanding their customer service team to support with huge growth plans


Due to a busy period our client is looking for a strong administrator with the ability to manage confidential information to support the HR team


As a HR Administrator you will be responsible for the following :

  • Supporting the HR team with various administrative tasks, working to deadlines
  • Updating the HR system with documentation and shredding hard copies
  • Scanning return to work forms, uploading to the internal system and shredding hard copies
  • Data cleanse exercise which involves shredding HR paperwork in line with the Retention Policy
  • Supporting the HR Coordinator with HR inductions and new starter on-boarding process
  • Able to accurately input data and amending records for service users across the business
  • Updating both manual and electronic personnel records, ensuring employee records are accurate and well maintained
  • Complete reference checks for all new starters and updating spreadsheets/Cascade accordingly
  • Supporting the recruitment team with administrative duties, including shredding of interview notes and filing
  • Responding to HR queries via the HR inbox
  • Ad-hoc project work as requested by the HR Advisor



The ideal person

  • Will have good administration skills
  • Will have the ability and ideally have experience in managing confidential information
  • Demonstrable experience in a fast-paced, high pressured office based administrative role
  • Good understanding of HR policies and procedures
  • Strong PC literacy to include Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and able to pick up new systems quickly
  • Impeccable attention to detail
  • Able to prioritise workload and handle multiple tasks at one time
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to communicate at all levels across the business
  • Process orientated with strong organisation skills
  • Professional telephone manner
  • Must be available to start Immediately



Previous experience with HR or Recruitment would be advantageous although it is not essential
