HR Administrator
 
Location: Chandlers Ford
 
Duration: Temp for 2/3 months.
 
Salary:£10.25 per hour.
 
Hours of work: 7-3 / 11-8 (possibly 9am-5pm or 8am-4pm) 
 
Dynamite recruitment is working in partnership with a very well-established fire and security business who are based in the Chandlers Ford area.
 
Due to a busy and very successful period our client needs additional support within the HR Department and require a temporary HR Administrator to join them immediately.
 
As a HR Administrator you will be responsible for:
  • Liaising with different teams on sensitive topics.
  • Completing DBS checks and screening employees.
  • Chase relevant departments and employees for specific information.
  • Communicating with internal stakeholders.
  • Security vetting employees.
  • Deal with confidential and personal information.
 
The ideal HR Administrator:
  • Will be available immediately.
  • Will be approachable.
  • Will have excellent communication skills.
  • Knowledge of DBS Checking or Employee Screening (advantageous)
  • Ability to bounce back from negative feedback.
  • Will have experience of working in a fast-paced environment.
