Job Description

Dynamite Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting an HR Administrator for a unique, software company based in Portsmouth! This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified professional to join an exciting business that has huge growth plans for the next 1-2 years!
 
My client has recently had £7 Million invested into the business to drive the business forward- imagine being a part of this huge succession story about to take place!
 
Salary is £20,000-£23,000 P/A- Depending on experience & qualifications

This is a full time, permanent position (37.5 hours per week)
 
The duties of the HR Administrator:
  • Support the HR and the Finance team with all admin duties.
  • Support employees with general HR queries.
  • Keep all HR platforms and company systems up to date and maintained.
  • Support with recruitment, communicating with points of contact.
  • Processing purchase ledgers and expense requests.
 
The HR Administrator will have experience in:
  • Minimum 1 years’ experience within an HR Administrators position.
  • Be educated to AAT Level 2 &/Or CIPD Level 3.
  • Any knowledge of using Sage is desirable.
  • Ideally have experience working within a technical environment.
