This role is a full-time, permanent role.
Working hours are Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:30pm.
The duties of the Helpdesk Support:
* Provide IT support to all clients with a high level of customer service
* To ensure that Issues are logged both by email and telephone
* Diagnose the customer's technical issues and provide software support
* Establish the problem and resolve this where possible
* Escalating issues when needed
* Log & update the internal systems
* Ensure that the internal systems are up to date with all necessary relevant information.
Experience & Skills required:
* IT Helpdesk Services
* 1st Line or 2nd Line support experience
* Microsoft Desktop and Server Operating Systems
* Microsoft applications including Exchange, SQL, MS Office
* Virtualisation (HyperV)
* Active Directory
