Helpdesk / Client Support – Hybrid working
 
Location: Stonehouse/Gloucester
 
Hours: Core working hours
 
Hours of work :Monday to Friday core working hours
 
Salary : £up to 21000 plus fantastic benefits
 
Dynamite recruitment is currently working in partnership with a very well-established telecoms provider who have multiple sites across the UK
 
Due to huge growth our client is now looking to recruit a Helpdesk advisor / Client Support advisor to manage customers’ needs and support multiple channel partners
 
You would play a vital role in the success of the business by providing and excellent service to the Channel partners
 
As a Helpdesk Advisor / Client Support Advisor you will be responsible for :
 
  • Answering and responding to channel partners and end users via telephone or email
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints in a calm polite manner
  • Completion of routine administrative duties
  • Liaising with multiple departments to process orders, applications and requests
  • Monitor and report on business impacting issues relating to key accounts
  • Liaising with internal and external auditors and dealing with irregularities as they arise
  • Work on several tasks at once and prioritise own workload as operationally required 
  • Training new and existing colleagues
 
 
The ideal Helpdesk Advisor / Client Support advisor will have / be
 
  • Previous experience within a customer service environment – ideally telephone based
  • Have had experience of dealing with challenging customers / complaint handling
  • Experience in all Microsoft Office applications, specifically Microsoft Excel. 
  • Communication Skills – verbal and written
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Customer empathy and a helpful attitude
  • Commercial appreciation
  • Problem solving ability
  • Strong numeracy and analytical skills
  • Ability to explain concepts and detail to the layperson
  • IT literate
  • Ability to work independently and on own initiative as well as part of a team
  • Enthusiasm, self-motivation & willingness to operate flexibly
  • Well organised and methodical
  • Strong Interpersonal skills and proven ability to develop effective working relationships with a range of partners, clients and suppliers
  • Understands the need for diligence with reporting and identifies any risk areas
