Head of Operations- Hampshire
Salary up to £55,000 P/A- Depending on Experience
Full Time- Permanent- Core Business Hours
 
Dynamite Recruitment is currently recruiting for an experienced Head of Operations to manage all Service Deliveries throughout the business, joining one of our top clients in Hampshire. This is such an exciting opportunity for someone to join a business that has huge growth and development plans, most that you will be part of!
 
Please note to be considered for this opportunity, you need to have worked within the Care industry- this is essential!
 
Once the office is back open, you will be required to travel to their Fareham office to attend Senior Management meetings.
 
The overall objective for this position is to be able to build and develop the client's current services, supporting the CEO in all operational activities, and being responsible for all safeguarding aspects.
 
The duties below are just a guideline as other duties which are not detailed will vary from day-to-day.
 
The Role:
  • Full responsibility for managing senior managers. This covers managing performance, succession planning, training, and leadership programming.
  • Deliver and manage all aspects of service delivery.
  • Take ownership of the day-to-day relationship with the customer, leading the managers to deliver a full suite of client services.
  • Look at ways to continuously improve the services to all clients, keeping in line with the companies KPI’s.
  • Manage the business development to increase the client base, focusing on new and previous client base.
  • Work with the senior management team to execute the delivery of new projects being rolled out throughout the year, contributing to communications with staff and others.
 
The Ideal Candidate:
  • As mentioned above, you need to have worked within the Care industry to be considered.
  • You will have extensive knowledge of CQC experience- This is essential!!
  • Must have worked to a senior level, managing operations/service delivery!
  • You will need to have proven experience of robust commercial acumen to push forward on the service provision.
  • Experience in effectively managing teams and working with senior members on all service delivery aspects.
  • Must be able to prove your knowledge on safeguarding matters.
  • You will need to understand and have knowledge of resource and capacity planning.
  • You must have the ability to work extremely well under pressure, carrying out strong decision-making.
  • Be resilient, effective, confident, and reliable!!
