Dynamite Recruitment is working with a corporate client who is currently seeking a senior level, Head of Customer Operations to join their team.
 
To be considered for this role, you will need to have experience managing multiple/large teams- this is essential!
 
The Role:
Leading and coaching a number of team managers and supporting their teams, ensuring a high quality of service at all times.
Assist with the development and performance of all teams, identifying opportunities for training where possible.
Developing and implementing policies and procedures within all departments, ensuring performance goals are set and delivered.
Proactively react and communicate with clients when needed.
Directing the daily operations of the departments through the managers.
Handle all day to day operations and enquiries from clients.
Manage project management activities, ensuring precise delivery.
Work closely with the line manager to plan the growth and future business plans.
Look at ways to renovate processes and systems, ensuring time is utilised effectively.
Work closely with the MI team, producing statistical reports and other findings to present to senior levels.
 
The Ideal Candidate:
You need to have experience managing large teams! Ideally coming from a Contact Centre Manager role or similar.
You need to be a people person and someone who genuinely cares about the success of others.
You need to be a motivator, go-to person and overall have the ability to manage well.
You need to be competent in delivery, resilient and produce under pressure!
Must have strong IT and communication skills!
