Receptionist/Administrator - Full Time
Monday to Friday - Permanent - 8.30am to 5pm
£15,000 - £17,500 P/A (Experience Depending) + Benefits
Dynamite Recruitment is currently recruiting for a successful organisation based in Fareham who is looking for an experienced Receptionist to join their team.
- Welcoming visitors to the site, offering teas and coffees and making the managers aware their appointment has arrived
- Answering incoming calls and transferring through to relevant staff when required
- Ensuring visitors sign in and sign out of the visitors book
- Receiving all post and incoming deliveries and arranging for parcels to be collected
- Ordering stationary for the office
- Supporting the internal departments with general day to day administrative tasks
The Ideal Candidate:
- Must have previous reception / administration experience
- Needs good communication skills and strong attention to detail
- Must be presentable, personable and have a great telephone manner
- Will have good IT skills and be used to daily data entry and responding to emails
- Must be self-motivated and happy to work under little supervision day to day
We are looking for someone to start on or before June 19th to have a few days handover!!
