Full or Part time Financial Services Administrator
We are working for a small and friendly IFA practice based near Bournemouth.
The role is managing the day to day administration for every stage of the client's journey with the company.
Creating client fact finds documents and extensive use of CRM system.
Liaising with Pension and Investment providers to request and record information in the support of the Paraplanner.
Provide general office administration support including answering the phone. processing the post and preparing the meeting room.
Ideally you will have experience working in an IFA office or at least working for a Financial Services company.
You need to be articulate with good communication skills and be organised.
