French Speaking Customer Service Advisor

4 month Contract although there could be possible opportunities to remain thereafter permanently

Hours of work: 37.5 hours per week on a rota between 7:30-18:30 Monday to Friday and alternate Saturdays 8:00 - 16:00.

Salary: £17,117.57 (pro rata due to the contract).

Duration: 6 month contract with a possibility of an extension

Location: Portsmouth

Dynamite Recruitment is currently recruiting for an award winning business in Portsmouth that are looking for a French Speaking Customer Service Advisor to join their business for a 3 month contract.

My client provide a specialist service and are currently looking to recruit a French Speaking Customer Service Advisor to support them within their specialist multi lingual department.

Key duties will include the following:

  • Handle all incoming calls efficiently and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times and service level agreements are met.
  • Respond timely and professionally to all e-mail requests/written communication as appropriate.
  • To promote the Company or Client goods and services as required, in line with department and individual targets and service levels.
  • Ensure that knowledge of products, services and procedures is comprehensive and up to date and identify areas where additional training may be required to ensure continued quality and productivity.
  • Operate contact centre equipment and operating systems proficiently and in line with internal policies and procedures.
  • Whilst on the telephone, face to face or when writing to a customer represent the company in a professional manner at all times, using internal guidelines, complaint documentation and expertise where necessary.

The ideal candidate will have:
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Will have good communication skills
  • Will have good administration and computer skills
  • Will be available to start in June / July and commit to a 4 month contract
  • Will be fluent in French
