Fleet Administrator – Hybrid working

Location : Epsom, KT18

Duration: This is a three-month contract initially

Hours of work: you will work 37.5 hours per week , and you must be available to work between the hours of 9am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday

Salary: £12.31 per hour

Dynamite recruitment is working in partnership with a very well-established award-winning business who are based in Epsom

Due to a busy period our client is looking for additional administration support in one of their specialist departments on a temporary ongoing basis

Our client provides a very specialist service to their customers and this position will require a skilled administrator to support with all round admin tasks in a new business team

As a Fleet Administrator your tasks would include the following
·         Processing of new client proposals into the system
·         Activating contracts
·         Type and send relevant financial documentation to clients
·         Provide financial quotations
·         Complete payments using multiple systems
·         Check invoices
·         Post payments and manage direct debits
·         Assist with underwriting
·         Cross check customers documentation
·         Giving settlement figures to third parties
·         Dealing with day to day telephone queries from the call centre as well as other areas of the business
·         Managing customers expectations via email and on the telephone whilst transferring calls where necessary
·         General post duties required on a rota basis
         Any other appropriate duties as required by line manager.
        Completing all round data processing and administrative tasks
The ideal Administrator will have / be
  • PC literate – Word and Excel
  • Experience in investigation techniques
  • Will be a confident communicator
  • Will be a logical thinker
  • Will have previous experience within administration in a wok place
  • Will have good numeracy skills
  • Will have great attention to detail
  • Ability to create statistics and perform analysis with a view to deliver to senior management
  • Experience in a financial Service or insurance background would be advantageous although this isn’t essential
  • Will be available immediately and happy to commit to 3 months
