Job Description

My client, an award winning Chartered Financial Advice practice are looking for an IFA Administrator to join the team to support the financial advisors. This role offers the luxury of hybrid working as well as career development, a friendly and warm team and exam support. You will receive a fantastic benefits package also.
  • Sending suitability letters
  • Answering and dealing with client queries, both written and verbal communication
  • Processing new clients
  • Liaising with advisor team and admin team to work to deadlines to meet service level agreements
  • Processing and tracking letters of authority and product information requests
  • All client updates, updated and input to the back-office system
  • Client reviews (Quarterly & Annual) to be carried out
  • Valuations to be produced for reviews
  • Update the online database with client data and valuation feeds
The ideal candidate for this role will have current experience within a financial advice firm. The salary we are offering is £22,000 - £25,000 plus benefits - 21 days paid holiday, (increasing by one day per full year of service up to a maximum of 25 working days), contributory Pension, healthcare scheme, 4 x salary DIS). The office is based in Woking, so you will ideally need to be within an hour of the office as you will have the mix of 2 days office 3 days home working
