Job Description


Financial Services Administrator

Dynamite Recruitment are recruiting for one of our main clients based near Horsham, we are looking for someone with experience in processing and maintaining employee records and who conducts credit checks and references. You will be assisting the approvals manager in processing applications.

Duties will include:

  • Processing applications
  • Complete referencing and credit checks
  • Review any adverse information identified in investigations
  • Complete files for sign off
  • Submitting forms to the FCA
  • Liaise with multiple departments
  • Advising relevant departments and provide information on KPI's
  • Issue letters appointment letters
  • Maintain IT letters
  • Ad hoc administrative duties



The ideal candidate will be:

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Excellent IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft packages
  • Strong telephone manner
  • Attention to detail
  • Experience in processing and maintaining employee records
