The administration team are an important part of the company with their influence not taken lightly. The team provides support to the advisers for pre and post meetings. This can range from arranging the appointments, obtaining valuations, contacting providers to check on plan information, processing investment trades, following through on applications, ensuring clients income requirements are met as per meeting outcomes, taking phone calls from clients and providers, handling the post and emails and generally helping to keep the whole office running.

- Assistance in collection of Management Information
- General office duties (e.g. filing, scanning)
- Meeting & greeting clients
This firm are happy to train staff and help you gain industry qualifications where appropriate. There is normally at least one member of staff studying for an exam at some point. However, there is no expectation for the non-advising staff to do this. Their priority is for each individual to excel in their role but, understand for some that does not mean having additional qualifications.
