Job Description

Working for an established, successful Wealth management firm who are recruiting for a Client Services Administrator to join their client services team.

This role is Hybrid based you will be expected to travel to Guildford office once a month.

This role is responsible for providing an effective and efficient administration service to clients and Planners, while participating in achieving team objectives.
Responsibilities include:
  • Create and maintain client records to a high standard
  • Liaise with clients and third parties as necessary to process client requirements
  • Dealing with the New Business process
  • Send forms out to the client and follow up
  • Follow up on missing client documents
  • Keep client up to date with the progress of their application
  • Prepare annual review valuations
  • Address and answer clients’ and intermediaries’ administrative queries
  • Process client income requirements under instruction from the Planner
  • Prepare client review packs for Planner’s client meetings
  
Key Skills Required Knowledge & experience
  • Previous experience within an IFA environment
  • Competent with IT systems and software (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint) including provider websites for processing
  • Working towards Certificate in Financial Services or Certificate in Regulated Financial Services Operations (or equivalent qualifications)
  • A self-motivated approach to professional and personal development
  • Able to pro-actively take ownership and responsibility for own workload
  • A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail, both written and numerical, is required in order to perform the duties of this role
  • Confident communicator, able to communicate effectively, professionally and concisely in writing, face to face and over the telephone
This is a fantastic position with an even more fantastic company who really value their team. The salary on offer is looking between £26,000 - £29,000. This is Hybrid based role where you will be expected to visit the Guildford office once a month.
