Job Description
You will assist in the processing of new business and the servicing of existing clients, adhering to strict FCA regulations and internal policy and procedure. Composing Letters of Authorities and chasing providers for the relevant policy information
Duties include:
- Typing Fact finds and inputting client information and attaching documents to True Potential
- Scanning and printing of documentation
- Preparing and binding reports with all relevant documentation for client meetings
- Assisting staff with their administration needs as and when required
- Assisting with incoming and outgoing post
- Sending applications to providers
- Providing admin support for local marketing initiatives
- Ensure all dealings with clients are carried out in a professional and courteous manner
- Ensure all supporting documentation is maintained as per company procedures
- Generally providing admin support to all advisers as and when needed
