Financial Planning Administrator
A Chartered IFA based in Brighton
The role of the Administrator is to support the team in ensuring the smooth running of the business by providing business and general administration activities. Providing assistance and support to the Team in the delivery of all aspects of general office administration
Providing assistance and support to the Team in the delivery of all aspects of business administration
Provide typing/email correspondence support to Team
Arrange and manage travel arrangements for advisers as necessary
Manage and arrange Client annual review appointments
Manage incoming telephone communications on behalf of Team
Managing incoming and outgoing business post
Scanning all client post as required
Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence
Managing and recording Client data onto appropriate business systems and files.
Sending Letters of Authority and updating system as required
Managing new business recording, submission and tracking to conclusion
Liaising with product providers and other relevant third parties
Preparing paperwork for client meetings i.e. valuations etc
Maintain stock of product provider applications/KFDs etc
Supporting Paraplanners in research and analysis to meet the Client needs and objectives.
