Financial Planning Administrator

We are proud to be working with a fantastic Chartered Financial Planning practice in the Surrey area, who are looking for an Administrator to join their team!
The individual must have a genuine interest in working in the Financial Services industry and is keen to progress through the company!
Duties include:
- Completing Asset Allocation spreadsheets
- Answering telephones and dealing with client non-advice queries
- Producing valuations and annual review documents
- Scanning and creating entries
- Dealing with incoming/outgoing post
- New client administration
- Ensuring client information is correctly recorded and updated on I.O
Full training will be provided and also support in qualifications!
