At present we are supporting the recruitment for 2 vacancies within the Business Support team which consists of Wealth Planning admin / Tech admin and Paraplanners.
The Wealth Planning administration role will require someone to support the Paraplanners in the day to day administration: The duties will consist of
New Business Applications
Liaising with providers obtaining quotations
Communications with advisers on clients and booking in review meetings.
Scanning on client information to system
Client inquiries and updates
Support work to Paraplanners.
To be considered for this role you will need to have either a IFA or Wealth Advisory administration background likewise if you have worked for a Pension Provider this will also be desirable. You will need to have a ambitious work ethic and want to grow within a successful business. Ideally Level 4 Diploma or working towards it. The client will pay for exams and support towards this.
