Dynamite Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Financial Controller to join an SME business based on the outskirts of Dorchester. This position would be reporting into the Director and will be responsible for managing a small accounts team. The role is a pivotal part to the business so the successful candidate MUST have experience of preparing monthly management accounts and running ledgers in multiple currencies.
This position could also offer hybrid working, however it would require at least 3 days working in the office.
- Review and consolidate forecast and budgets and produce monthly management accounts
- Responsible for the completion of the month end balance sheet reconciliation
- Forecast and manage cash flow by tracking transactions and regularly reviewing internal reports
- Overseeing the sales & purchase ledgers and consolidation of P&L, balance sheet & cashflow
- Previous experience within a similar role
- Use of Sage (essential)
- Qualified or nearly completed ACCA/CIMA/ACA
- Ability to prioritise and use own initiative in a dynamic environment
