We are working on a recruitment project for a client who is growing the current adviser support teams.
A super Independent Financial Advisory firm based in Hampshire has the opportunity for a Financial advice administrator to join this highly successful firm that is on a growth plan business model.
For this role you will be supporting a specific adviser that will be allocated to you.
Your role will be:
Taking phone calls from existing clients and enquiries from new.
Update clients on any changes that maybe happening with their case.
Liaising with providers on quotations & valuations
Preparing the templated suitability letters
Sending out and chasing Letter of Authority.
Manage the Adviser's diary and booking in client reviews.
What you need to be considered for this role.
You will need some relevant industry knowledge on Pensions, Investments and Life products, however if you do not have all 3 then we will consider some experience on 1 product or if you have a relevant industry qualification.
Strong attention to detail is key.
Good I.T skills
Organised with a confident phone manner who can work well in a pressured working environment.
Our client needs someone who is ambitious and really wants to work in the Financial advice sector, and someone who is seeking a role where they can move up within the business.
Our client is offering a salary of circa 20 -24k + benefits + fully funded Diploma Level 4.
