Dynamite Recruitment is currently recruiting for an experienced Financial Administrator for a well-established IFA practice in the Bournemouth area. Working with a fun team who pride themselves on the personality of the company, who encourage you to reach your financial career goals by supporting you with your exams. - Confidently dealing with both providers and clients.
- Taking inbound calls
- Sending out client letters
- Diary management
- Booking in client reviews
- Regularly updating back office and CRM systems.
- Submitting and processing new business applications with providers, monitoring through to completion, whilst also keeping in on your radar.
- Working closely with financial advisers.
- Keeping in touch with all regularity changes.
The Ideal Candidate:
- At least 2-3 years' experience within the finance industry, with 1 of those years preferably spent in an IFA business
- Must be reliable with excellent organisational skills whilst being able to work to tight deadlines
- Able to work to tight deadlines
- Strong Administrative skill set
