Finance & Office Manager
Dynamite Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Finance & Office Manager to join an SME business based in Southampton. The role would be reporting into the Director, and will be solely responsible for the accounts department.
- Managing the day to day function of the finance department, ensuring the control of transactional finance and reporting are completed effectively and efficiently
- Preparing the monthly management accounts to include balance sheet and cash flow statement, forecasting, monthly journals and variance analysis
- Approving and managing staff’s annual leave
- Experience within a similar position
- Ability to prepare trial balance
- Strong attention to detail and good verbal and written communication skills
