Dynamite Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Finance Manager to join an SME business based on the outskirts of Basingstoke. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to manage the day-to-day finances of the company and oversee the entire procedures. The role will be reporting into the Finance Director and managing a small team.
- Responsible for overseeing the financial transactions, including Sales & Purchase Ledgers
- Preparation of monthly management accounts, producing annual budgets and variance analysis
- Processing monthly payroll for the company and assist with statutory compliance
- Responsible for maintaining and updating processes and procedures to improve efficiencies
- Liaise with various department Managers and compile training plans for the Finance department
- Previous experience in a similar position
- Currently studying ACCA/ACA/CIMA or qualified (desirable)
- Must be proactive and self-motivated
- Computer literate on Word, Excel, Outlook etc.
- Strong work ethic and communicator on all levels of the business
